I really like the cropping and exposure of this shot. Its amazing how just a little color can create such a mood.

I like this better then your chosen PAD. Both are great but I like the movement of the food coloring and the drip down the outside of the glass. A darker drop shadow would have been nice but easily fixed in PS.
