Relearning photography has been fun. I just remembered something about the light meter in the Pentax K1000. It is not a spot meter! Hehe.

So the bright background overwhelms the darker subject in the foreground, my friend David. I forgot to compensate a stop or two.

Pentax K1000 ,Pentax smc P-A 50mm f/2 ,Kodak MAX 400

Yes, I know this is too dark. My photoshop skills are not strong enough to lighten this image without making it look faded/washed out. Anyone will to show me how, would be most kind. Lundy
