No not the Playa either, the Playa was a clubhouse called Minsterville with bay windows, photos of it on the Kent pub website

It's not Cliff Edge on the Leas, the other comment was correct it's in Seathorpe

That 'house' looks, to me, like The Playa, before it was covered with hanging tiles. Jon Wells
