This is (as can be clearly seen on the side of the boat) the Motor Schooner Pallas who broke her moorings during a storm in 1929. She came to rest on the groynes of Sheerness beach. She was refloated with no damage on the next hide tide. See the Sheerness Times for several articles on this event
