The line branched off to the south of Queenborough station on the way to Sheeerness and crossed the road at the bottom of the Whiteway. I can remember the gates at the bottom of the Whiteway and trucks crossing over the road into the parking area. I think there was 2 or 3 parking lines on that water side of the Whiteway. The line went onto the pier and was used by the navy. I can't recall seeing that end being used.

I didn't know that Queenboro had a pier! I did read somewhere that there was a railroad spur that ran from Queenboro station, so that's probably where it went.
