This gull is most likely a Heuglin´s Gull (L.heuglini), although a ssp of Lesser Black-backed Gull as the one we see in W. Europe. Late moult at this time of year (with p9 + 10 not fully grown), is a good indication in this location, where Steppe Gull (L.barabensis), which usually moults earlier, is seen
