I like this idea and the direct sunlight brings out the texture in the sculpture which is an interesting contrast to the smoothness of the porcelain cup -- it becomes the organic structure rather than the sculpture of the hand. This may have been more powerful if you had turned the hand so that the shadow of the cup directly opposed it: rotate the hand about 90 degrees clockwise from its current position, then move yourself 90 degrees counterclockwise so that the fingers still point to the right of your frame but the shadow of the hand and saucer now point 180 degrees away from the fingers. I admire your diligence with the teacups.
