Cold River Vodka

While on our recent trip to Maine, we toured the Maine Distilleries, a small operation
in Freeport that makes one product - Cold River Vodka. It is distilled from Maine
potatoes and is marketed as a premium vodka. We bought a bottle to bring home and here it
is. It's quite tasty.

Great composition and technique.
As far as I know, the spirit product can be named "vodka" only if it is made of grain, like Cognac and Brandy are two equal products but first is produced in specific area of France while brandy can be produced in any area of the globe.
Regards
BTW - vodka is always goes better while cold and neat.
