While we were in Minneapolis we found this fountain that someone had just put a bunch of detergent into. It sure smelled good!

Oh, yep, a prank that teenagers or college students did. Have seen that a time or two before. Makes me laugh. Great shot of it but the clean up is not fun, so I hear.
