What a great image. I'm left wondering exactly where this is, and in particular how you got access to photograph this. It looked like an old fashioned telephone exchange for a minute when I glanced at those shelves on the left but it can't be. I love the way she appears to be slamming down the phone (and your slow shutter speed - was this good luck or can a photographer really be that good?). The other phone off the hook, her indifferent pose and her blank stare echo your title. Strong words, softly spoken
