I am excited to have found this picture as my gr. grandfather was Dr. Jesse W. Steely, the gold miner for whom the Steely Forks and Bar are named! I am coming out next week to find his gold mine, thanks to the help of several kind people who have been doing research for me at the museum, forestry service, etc. I hope I can locate the bridge to take pictures.
