Looking at this one again, I'm really drawn to it. I'm wondering what it might look like if you tried to give it more of a vertical composition? I don't know if that would compromise the quality when blown up, but I think it would give it a stronger composition, I really do like this one!!
I like this one, how the subject stands out against the black background. I am not so sure about the composition though, it's not centered, which is great, but I don't think I like all the empty space off to the left, it seems like it needs something else, maybe a 3rd object or something or different cropping? You nailed the lighting though, very nice!
