My sincere homage and admiration for the mosaic account in colourful pictures rendering glory to those brave Peruvian men -now inmortal- who defended our sacred territory from the Chilean invasion (manipulated by the British Foreign Offiece plans' of expansion in order to use the northern of a brother like country such as Chile to open up the most strongest former colony Spain used to have in the Western Coast of South America which was Peru) . I would have felt even prouder if I had had the chance to read the list of names of all those brave Peruvians who fought in the "Alto de la Alianza", some offered their lives for their country like my Great grand father Colonel Victor Fajardo.
