Testing the flash. The end of the table (lady in red) is about 12 ft from me. The wall with the sign at the back is about 25 ft. All auto, so the exposure is probably set for the more brightly lit subjects in the foreground.

Another flash example. The distance is about 8-10 ft to the subjects. There was some ambient light from the usual living room lighting fixtures.
