This is the merging signal light on the ramp from SE University Ave onto I35W towards downtown Minneapolis, a signal that separated life from death. It was rush hour with a Twins game scheduled when the bridge gave in, so all 4 lanes were packed. Whoever stopped by this very light, missed the collapse by 2 minutes, thanks to the light.
