Boeing's Next Generation 737 fuselages are built in Wichita, Kansas and shipped by rail to Renton, Washington for final assembly at Boeing's Renton plant. Fuselages of other models are built at the Renton plant.
The fuselages move to Seattle on long-haul trains. In Seattle they are put in local trains that serve Renton. It is common to see one or two fuselages in a train, but many of these photos document the shipment of five fuselages at once.
Part of the transit through Renton is street running down the middle of Houser Way. On Vimeo is a video of such a 737 train on Houser Way.
