Getting closer to Merrimac Butte

Monitor and Merrimac Buttes (Moab, Utah)

After saying good-bye to the ATV riders from Florida, I continued westward toward magnificent Merrimac
Butte. Here I angled right to walk between the two buttes. The Floridians soon caught up to me.
