The inelegant repair of this fire extinguisher box left something to be desired. All that tape was certain to impede, if not prevent, any pulling of the box's front panel. It reminded me of seeing an emergency exit partially blocked by poorly-positioned shopping carts. Maybe it's for fires that don't start until the panel is pulled down.
