This is Rancho Mirage Boulevard in the Rrancho Mirage housing area of eastern Maricopa. Everything in this scene---except for the distant mountains---used to be farming fields according to historical imagery of Google Earth. This road and its sidewalks were built in 2007, then the economy crashed. Will houses ever appear here?
