This looks south across Third Street NE at a hospital parking garage in Auburn, Washington. Not one to shirk a challenge, I rode my trike to the top level of the garage (upper left) and discovered to my delight that the garage had no speed bumps! It also had no traffic except for me (it was after 11 p.m.). My vantage point was at the center of this WikiMapia aerial view.
Hand-held, shot while I sat on my recumbent trike.
That's a nice challenge to take and the photo turned out great. I am having the same problem as John. Not just cops, but people asking me what I am taking a photo of.
Thanks, John. In spite of your opinion of the police, many people are taking night pictures in London and posting them on PBase (search for "london night").
Dave, I love your nightime shots. If I were to try that here, I would be arrested. No policeman here would accept that taking photos at night is legal in any way. I have been stopped and questioned. I never pick up a camera at night without checking they are not around first.
