Two rows of seats have been removed and I'm beginning to build the first version of a custom floor. Components were pieces of plywood screwed to 2x3s that were bolted to the car's seat anchors. Here I was using a straightedge (at left; several clamps) to establish a uniform plane. That told me which 2x3s required shims.
