Two spurs and a transloading facility

Seven Mile (10 miles [16 km] northwest of Moab, Utah) view map

At one time, these spur tracks served a transloading facility. At right are the concrete cradles for long-gone tanks and between the spurs are concrete blocks that might have supported a structure related to the transloading activity. Beyond the spurs is a gravel road, undoubtedly built for trucks using the facility. I will make a scientific wild-assed guess and say that the activity was related to uranium mining or construction of the Cane Creek Branch.
