Not long after starting the hike to my tenting campsite I paused to document my presence. Most of the time I tried to stay clear of the areas populated with vegetation mounds because it was annoying to frequently make course corrections to avoid them. I think here I was at the outer edge of such an area.

Note that the handcart's handles are resting on the ground. Bending down to grab the handles was a pain, so after this hike I added a "kickstand" to prop up the handles when I rested.
