In this relaxed position I watched a Hanjin container ship cruise slowly up the Columbia River. A tugboat---in the distance above my head---waited here for the Hanjin ship. The large ship in the distance was anchored in the river. I had to temporarily ignore my love of animal life to kill three mosquitoes who were trying to force me to be a blood donor. Death to the parasites!

This picture of peace would not have been possible without the very peaceful stance of Joe Tripod, who accompanied me on the jaunt. He adapted immediately to travel by recumbent trike.

This was the turn-around point of my second trike ride.
