There are probably brighter things one can do than hike a darkening canyon trail alone. My family went on
ahead, tired and tiring of waiting for me as I stopped to take pictures every ten feet. But it really
was a cool walk, especially as I reflected on the generations of native Americans who had walked that
path eons before me. I love sharing time and space like that with people I've never met.
