Looks like Artic Warbler Phylloscopus borealis we netted one last week nice if we can see the undertails.

Presuming that this bird is of the same species of the other image that I commented on yesterday - it has me changing genus. This gives me a better shot of the throat and the outer primary edges. This looks like a Phylloscopus to me - faint tertial bar, dirty white underparts, horn color lower mandible, whitish undertail. This looks like an Arctic Warbler.
