TARLAC ECO-TOURISM PARK. About 300 hectares in area, the park is roughly 3 hours drive north of Manila and between 32 - 36 km from Tarlac City. Roads leading to the park
are concreted all the way. A monastery is located within the park, atop one of the hills (with white spires in the photo). The park is a combination of second growth forest,
with some grass lands and cultivated areas. Highest elevation within the park should be no more than 500 m. I was facing southwest when this photo was taken.
