De-rusting the 400 5.6L at Terns in flight

It has been many months since I gave my hand held flight specialist - the 400 5.6L - a good workout. A short visit to the Coastal Lagoon at Manila Bay gave my 400 prime a steady diet of flying Whiskered Terns.
This is great target practice for the nut behind the viewfinder to keep keep his BIF shooting edge keen, and a good routine to remove the rust off the lens's mechanicals.
