After a long hiatus, I finally managed to get out on a birding sortie. I visited the Coastal Lagoon at Manila Bay to familiarize myself with my new BIF shooter - a Canon 1D Mark IV.
I haven't seen any migratory birds yet this season, but the resident herons were quite active and they provided me some good target practice.
