On the invitation of the City Government, I and several PBPF members ( http://birdphotoph.proboards107.com/ ) visited last weekend the tidal flats of Balanga,
in the historic province of Bataan, to document the water birds. It was a fun shoot and the City Government of Mayor Joet Garcia was a very gracious host.
Many thanks to the staff of Mayor Garcia (Abigail Tan, Billy Santos, et. al.), the local officials, and Techie Banzon (Bataan's Provincial Tourism Officer) for the hospitality and the warm welcome.
We thoroughly enjoyed the sortie and almost didn't want to come home.... we look forward to the next documentary sorties on Balanga birds. :)
