Dontcha just love these eggs? They are so pretty and guess what? They have proper ‘orange’ yolks – just like real eggs….by real I mean the ones laid by hens that are truly free to forage and roam…..although I suppose they could be the ‘right’ colour because of something coloured in their diet.

I’m away from home and having just arrived at my home-from-home, at 9pm, I decided that the best option for me was a quick whiz into the supermarket for eggs, mushrooms and salad stuff.
