I look like I've been kissed by the ugly fairy today and have needle-like stabbing pains in my eye too. My conjunctivitis gets worse, even redder, bottom lid hanging away from my eyeball, deep red 'white' and matching inner lid just to complete the gorgeous picture....and it's streaming gunk down my face. Oh how I was relieved to get to my GP and get a prescription for this little beauty. Could a person be happier to be shoving plastic in her face? Probably not.

But it's OK - David tells me he won't dump me for looking such a fright! Phew....and there I was worrying my little heart out!
