My bowling skills are legendary! Bad that is - no, bad as in rubbish, not bad as in good. Years ago, my Dad got fed up with me getting really cheesed off with getting scores of 40 or worse that he paid for me to have a couple of lessons which helped enormously. I also bought a cheap ball and had it drilled to my own hand size. I've got tiny hands so alley balls always slipped off my fingers.

My skills are far better now - we've bowled twice in the last two weeks and I narrowly lost on the first occasion but won last night - whooppeee!

I have to confess though that I didn't bowl to my best (my personal best is still only 160), I only won because David was having an off day! Never mind David - don't you know it's good to give the old bird a chance every now and then!
