Lunch on day two - good Cornish fare

When you go to a rented cottage it can be a bit painful finding food on the first day. Our cottage was so remote it had no shop of any description within three miles. We set off in the morning to find a supermarket to stock up on basics so we could just relax for the rest of the week but where to find a supermarket? It's extremely difficult now most of the good ones are out of town. We couldn't find one in Wadebridge (though later discovered one on the road in from Padstow) so we hiked off to Bodmin and used a Safeway there.

Unusually, they had a 'support local produce' policy so this lunch, eaten on our return, consisted of eight different Cornish cheeses, local butter and Cornish beer (Skinners Helligan) too - a real result I'd say!
