Tonight we tried to give ourselves a bit of comfort - David has been camping for a week and I've been living in a building site full of dust and rubble but with no cooking facilities. I've lived off fried egg sandwiches since he went away (other than my one attempt at cooking when Hughie came round)!

So, off to the local Thai restaurant we went and it was fantastic. I'm not a lover of Chinese/Thai food really but David loves it. BUT on this occasion I don't think I could have tasted better food. It was so yum my tastebuds nearly exploded.

Afterwards we had planned to go to the Cambridge but decided to call it a night. We walked home in the twilight, having a great time setting the world to right and exchanging stories of our week apart.
