I think it’d be fair to say this is one of our favourite spots in our town. Imagine my surprise to find this little fella enjoying a drink and a carrot outside. His name is Peanut. I often see him and his “dad” wandering the streets, with him on a lead. It makes me smile every time. I asked if it was OK to take his pic and was told he’s a therapy animal, helping people both young and old to manage illness and to provide solace. How fabulous is that?

BTW – I didn’t go inside, I was only in the vicinity on an errand.
