This is a quarter of a scotch bonnet. We love scotch bonnets. They are so full of flavour and fragrance compared to many other types of chilli. This one has now been used for three separate meals although it had only appeared in two when this shot was taken because the third ended the chilli’s existence. Today – it was an integral part of “middle eastern Quorn”.
Weirdly I quite like this shot too, for the second day in a row – if it’s not red hot then it’s certainly warm! I’m not sure why but red is sometimes just too hot for colour.
