Cows are a bit of a problem with dogs. There are a number of documented examples of people out walking their dogs and getting into trouble with cows. That’s never been a problem on the moor, here the cows seem to tolerate the dogs without any problems.

We’ve been out to try to de-stress today and these two were on the path in front of us and, because we’ve come up against so many things blocking our path and preventing us from moving forward, we decided to capitulate this time because we’re both exhausted and depressed from the battles we’ve been fighting all week. We decided this once to take the easy option and find another path.

With any luck, we’ll be refreshed and back up for the biggest fight of our lives soon. (Maybe.)
