It’s our fifth wedding anniversary and we are shocked! It feels like five minutes since our big day yet it also seems like a lifetime that we’ve been sharing our lives. Mind you that may be because it took us nine years before we finally got round to tying the knot. It’s even longer that we’ve been friends. So, it’s our fifth wedding anniversary, our fourteenth “sharing our life” anniversary and about our 25th anniversary of being friends. I’d say that’s pretty good.

This photo was taken while we were walking the dogs in the evening, when the heat of the day had dissipated, after a quiet day mooching about because it was too hot to go anywhere! It was the first time we’d seen the pill full of tidal water and hence the boats all afloat. They are sailing and we have just sailed through the first five years of our marriage.
