We’ve got quite into the World Cup…which is odd given that I can’t (and therefore don’t) support England because although I’m definitely British, I’m categorically not English. It may have something to do with me needing source material for our project – yep, you guessed it, the World Cup! It may just be that I am supporting our (Spurs) players in their World Cup journeys.
Anyway, we had a little laugh when we switched on Spain v Chile to discover Chile 2-0 up so we watched the second half. It upset poor Lola so much she sloped off into the garden and took refuge round the corner by the gate. I went to look for her and discovered her looking misog, all curled up in a ball.
If only the game had been last night. Her presence in that spot may have prevented the fox strike that led to Babs and Dusty’s demise.
Oh – files gone to moderation. A flying 1 in my observation today (1 is the best, counter to popular opinion) means I feel I could have done no more…now I’m in the lap of the (weeping angels) gods…
