I did a not dissimilar photo very early on in my PAD but the content of the photo frames was very different.

Somehow things are weird today – no Uni to go to, nothing to revise or research, a house that looks like it’s been used as a tip forever, appalling weather, folks arriving… I’m tired – in fact I feel completely drained and listless. At the moment, my future is highly uncertain and it looks like a giant chasm.

To prepare for the folks’ arrival, I had to make up the spare room and do some cleaning. After they got here and we’d had lunch, a chat and popped out to the shop, it was time to make a meal. No photo. I sat here and said “what am I going to find to photograph?” Then I looked up and saw the sunshine on the faces of Rosie and Archie and I thought “what better to bolster the spirits than a photo of my beautiful babes?” You know what? I still miss them so badly and long for one more sloppy kiss from them.

So, here they are – can you feel the love?
