I think tours are such a tough way to explore and photograph any new place. In Edinburgh we were dropped off on the Royal Mile with a map and directions to be promptly back in two hours! So this, indeed, is just a wee bit of a gloomy day in Edinburgh - a city that shone even in the gloom. I so hope to return ...
