wonder child

" There are no seven wonders of the world in the eyes of a child... There are seven million... "
For those who know me, I've a soft spot for children (and also the aged). Their portraits never fail to steal my heart.
Their innocence, their curiosity, their playfulness, their wittiness, and at times their nonsense (;D). All I never get tired of.
Children are God's gift. And I wish to have such a dear gift soon...

Compare to the old woman's picture which I just left a comment on, this cropping of the top of the little girl's head is better and it doesnt affect the image. Because the main focus in this one is the girl's face and that we see it and pay a lot of attention to it. But in the old woman's one, we can only see the back of the old woman and the hand of the old woman leads us to the gate she was holding, and the direction of the gate echoes the woman's head, so cutting the woman's head on that one is not good in my opinion.
