This newly hatched Arctic Tern was one of only a handful that hatched in 2006. The sibling egg didn't hatch.
This chick was dead within a couple of days, as were all the others, victims of the Tern colony collapse that started 2 years earlier.
Unless there is a dramatic and unlikely turn around, this could be the last Tern to hatch on MSI
