Dekkersails were installed in 1959 on the rear sailstock. The dekkersystem was made to improve the impact of the wind on the wings. You can recognise it on the metal plating around the sailstock. It's more aerodynamic. With this system the mill can work without extra sails on the wings if there is wind enough.
