This cardigan is made in an Italian Basketweave Wool from Nancy Erickson, and the pattern is her #1960. This is not a knit fabric, but it does have quite a lot of give, and the pattern really doesn't depend on much stretch, so thought I'd try it. I'm very pleased with the results. The band is a brown doubleknit, and the jacket is lined with a signature acetate lining. Finished 2-20-05.
