Lovely photos. Unfortunately Metrus has applied build 800 houses on the property. The plan I saw includes a wide avenue leading from Bayview directly toward the dome. In addition to much more ambient light in the area, there could be a steady stream of car headlights pointing right at the dome on most evenings. Observatory Hill is turning into Observatory Hell.
