Impressive pictures. I would try to take shots in IR as well with my Canon 20D, but I suspect the internal IR filter will limit my possibilities. Which of your pictures were taken with the Canon 20D? Your answer will give me some hints... Thanks so much.

Very nice pictures. I've had a bit of a play at IR with my 300D with mixed results (seehttp://www.pbase.com/image/25815764) in my early shots I was getting a bright spot from the kit lens, but have now found I don't get it at longer focal lengths. I note you use ISO800 a lot (presumably to keep the exposure down), I think I'll give that a go as soon as we get some sun. Thanks for sharing,

As usual Sean, your talents impress me to no end. Good thing I have a day job because I'd never make it on any of my hobbies. You on the other hand can do it all! Can't wait to get there and use your skills to capture my family.

thanks for you comments, I like your IR work in AZ. I tried my R72 on a friend's 300D but did not have good results.

I am considering getting a Canon 10Dfor myself, and was interested in doing infrared photography with it... and this is very confusing, because all else I have found says the 10D has an IR filter over the sensor, and cannot do IR! I suppose it can at that, eh? Great shots!

Interesting and remarkable images. I am fasinated by this IR process...and I really like the way that you've used it to best effect. I like very much too, your compositions, the big skies and wide open spaces. A very fine gallery - captivating & beautiful.

Great shots.. interested to know which lens you use.. I have tried some with 28-105 and getting hotspot in centre, cant afford IR filter for 28-135is just yet.

Hi there. These are great IR shots particularly Mt. Lemmon. Thanks for leaving the kind comments on my G3 IR Gallery I have yet to take some decent IR shots with the 10D, I'm finding the technique much different with the 10D needing much longer exposures. Maybe I'll be shooting some IR over the Christmas break.

Very nice pictures.
