Hengifoss is the third highest waterfall in Iceland, 128 meters.Also is the most popular hiking site in East Iceland with path leading from the parking lot to the falls. It takes 40-60 minutes to walk to the waterfall.

The water is beautifully captured and contrasts nicely with the darker rocks and steep canyon walls. This image has a very dramatic feel with the foreboding sky. A superb capture of this rugged landscape. VVV
