SAMOS ISLAND SPILIANI
A little to the northwest of Pythagorion inside a big cave you can find a monastery devoted to the presentation of the Virgin Mary. It is the Monastery of Spiliani. Inside the church there is a marble icon of Mother Mary which is very faded and right next to the church there is Holy Water. A few chambers and the chapel of Agios Georgios are right outside the cave.
